...unreal recovery is back! Yesterday was the perfect pre-race weekend training day. Long early morning road ride with some efforts, good stretching, ice bath, nap, food, beer, good movies on TV with feet up and a decent nights sleep. Today my legs feel good and I'm exited to train even though I am going to take it easy all week.
On another note while riding in the rain both Friday and Saturday I flatted my front tire, then again on the ride Sun. I guess I need to stop neglecting the Seven. I think I've bought 5 pairs of S-Works FastTracks LK's this year but no Mondos for the road bike... Time to buck up son. Friday night was a pretty surreal ride. I had my Ipod on while rolling around the park when the storm hit. It was pretty nasty for awhile. When you can't hear the wind but are being blown all over the bike path it's weird.
The only good thing about this post is Jens picture of the kitties.
