THis is where I workout. I've been reading alot of other Cat 3's with blogs talking about their training, so here's a little idea of what I'm up to below. I'm 153 lbs (of twisted steel and sex appeal) and my max hr is 200 and change. The hr zones on this are off by one line so my max appears under my avg.

I'm lacking any new material other than this lame stuff so maybe after I go ride I'll have had some quality time to come up with some? Maybe I'll try to get Ron on the phone for another interview?
