Race day. It's raining and I'm working. I love racing in the rain. Hopefully the Mesa Squad will fill their pretty purses as usual.

I was up early on Itunes. I got some motivational music to listen to for the TT warm up

Watching Rocky as a child was very motivational for my brother and I. We used to watch the movie and then beat the everliving shit out of each other. Sweet. Really though, if Rocky doesn't get you fired up you're a pussy.

I'm coming off a full two weeks of high intensity training. My legs feel sore all the time. No rest, no messing around. Getting Stronger- like Rocky.

Wed I was running a little short on time so I drove out to Greensfelder and did a Melrose to Bouquet to Fox Creek up Allenton Loop. Then I pre-rode the TT course, did 3 TT repeats up Allenton, did a heated TT loop (against traffic, ohh not soo smahty) rode another Melorse loop and gave it all on Bouquet and then did another TT loop. It was a solid 3 hrs of repeats.
