I used to see this t-shirt at Phish shows "Betty Ford is for quitters," and while that may be the case I'm still signing up. Sometime during CX season I convinced myself that beer drinking was a part of CX to make myself feel better. Today was day 1; ground zero. Time to build a new foundation and see if I can teach my body to go fast for shorter periods of time on the mountain bike. March is right around the corner.
16-0. Did you watch the game? Are you kidding me? Clutch. Need I say more?

You live in St. Louis...your team is the Rams...deal with it!
misery loves company?
i'm from beantown beootch!
Dave I'll ask you here since the thread that this started on has gotten a little out of control. You using those Fast Traks sans tubes? If so you tried them with tubes? How about the 1.9? Forgiving if I ride it to out of control ie tired at the end of a race? Curious since I've never ridden Specialized tires & don't know much about them.
The lk's are what i use for 12 hr races if that gives you any idea of auto pilot like control... i'm thinking of trying the slk's for this year since i plan on focusing on xc... i run about 23 psi and am 153lbs.... they rock
THKS Dave sound like they might be the ticket
please dont ever stop blogging. my face just isnt the same without it!
